Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ pain levels using standardized pain assessment tools.
- Develop and implement individualized pain management care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications (analgesics, opioids, adjuvants) safely.
- Monitor patients for effectiveness of pain relief and side effects.
- Assist physicians during pain management procedures (nerve blocks, epidurals, etc.).
- Educate patients and families about pain control methods and medication usage.
- Maintain accurate documentation of pain assessments and interventions.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards.
- Identify and report complications or adverse reactions promptly.
- Provide emotional support and comfort care to patients.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
