We are seeking two skilled Tele Marketers to join our client team, a widely recognized organization specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects. Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Initiate cold calls to prospective clients from provided databases to introduce new residential or commercial projects.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond to inbound calls from marketing campaigns, answering initial questions about property features, pricing, and amenities.
- Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand a client's budget, preferred location, and timeline to determine if they are a high-intent prospect.
- Appointment & Site Visit Scheduling: Coordinate with the on-ground sales team to book property viewings and site visits for qualified leads.
- CRM Maintenance: Log every interaction, update contact details, and set follow-up reminders.
- Follow-up Management: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with potential buyers who showed interest but have not yet committed to a visit.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good communication skills
- 2 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or a related field
