Halo Energy Solutionz is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and converting opportunities into successful solar installation projects.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential and commercial solar projects.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet prospective customers and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project presentations.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
