Key Responsibilities:
- Greet students, parents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries and providing information about our programs and services.
- Schedule appointments, classes, and meetings, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain and update student records, attendance, and performance data.
- Assist in the registration and enrollment process, including collecting fees and required documents.
- Manage the center's inventory of office supplies and materials.
- Prepare and distribute educational materials, brochures, and notices to students and parents.
- Keep the office and common areas organized and tidy.
- Handle basic financial tasks, such as handling cash transactions and recording expenses.
- Assist instructors and staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- College degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, copiers, printers).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of educational programs and services is an advantage
