Job Title: Photoshop & CorelDRAW Designer (Flex Printing Press)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good design skills can also apply)
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW for our Flex Printing Press. The candidate will be responsible for designing banners, hoardings, posters, shop boards, visiting cards, pamphlets, wedding cards, vehicle branding, and other print materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit designs using Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW.
- Prepare print-ready files for flex, vinyl, sunboard, ACP, and other printing materials.
- Design banners, posters, hoardings, brochures, pamphlets, business cards, and promotional materials.
- Modify customer-provided artwork as per printing requirements.
- Ensure correct sizing, color settings, resolution, and bleed specifications.
- Coordinate with machine operators and production staff to ensure quality output.
- Maintain design files and customer records.
- Handle urgent design changes and meet deadlines.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of CorelDRAW.
- Understanding of flex printing and large-format printing requirements.
- Basic knowledge of color correction and image editing.
- Ability to create creative layouts and designs.
- Knowledge of Hindi and basic English communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in flex printing, signage, branding, or advertising industry.
- Knowledge of Illustrator or Canva is an added advantage.

Salary
- ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and skills).
Immediate Joining Preferred.
