Job Title: Financial Advisor / Insurance AdvisorAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Financial Advisor to join our team at IndiaFirst Life Insurance Company (backed by Bank of Baroda and Union Bank of India) for our branch operations in West Tambaram, Chennai. In this role, you will help clients secure their financial future by understanding their needs and recommending the best life insurance, wealth-building, and savings plans.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and build a network of potential clients in and around Chennai to pitch life insurance products.
- Financial Counseling: Analyze clients' financial goals and recommend suitable plans like Term Insurance, ULIPs, Retirement Plans, and Savings Schemes.
- Sales Goals: Meet monthly or quarterly sales targets and business revenue goals.
- Customer Support: Build long-term relationships with clients, assisting them with policy renewals, queries, and claim settlement processes.
Requirements & Skills:
- Education: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, or Financial Services (BFSI) is an added advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Quick learner with a passion for sales and financial growth.
- Age Limit: 18 years and above.
