Gold Coins Club & Resort is hiring Stewards (F&B Service Associates) to support restaurant and banquet operations. The role requires a service-oriented attitude, discipline, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service in a professional hospitality environment.
Position Title: Steward / F&B Service AssociateDepartment: Food & Beverage ServiceLocation: Gold Coins Club & Resort, Electronic City, BengaluruAccommodation: Sharing accommodation provided in a semi-furnished apartment owned by the Managing Director, within 100 meters from the resortMeals: Food provided on all working days at the resortSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)Position Objective
To assist in delivering efficient food and beverage service while ensuring cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and smooth operations in restaurant and banquet areas.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations
- Serve food and beverages to guests in restaurant and banquet areas.
- Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, glassware, and linen.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service at all times.
- Clear tables and reset for next service.
Banquet & Event Support
- Assist in banquet setup (buffet counters, seating arrangements).
- Support service during events, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Ensure smooth flow of service during peak hours.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and pantry.
- Handle crockery, cutlery, and glassware carefully.
- Follow hygiene and sanitation standards strictly.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and supervisors.
- Follow instructions from Captains and Senior Captains.
- Assist teammates during busy operations.
Guest Interaction
- Greet guests politely and assist with basic requests.
- Ensure a positive dining experience.
- Escalate issues to seniors when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC preferred.
- Experience in hotel / restaurant / resort preferred (freshers can apply).
- Basic communication skills (English/Kannada; Hindi added advantage).
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
- Well-groomed, disciplined, and service-oriented.
