Position Title: Associate - Innovation & Invention

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institution.
Experience: 4–7 years of experience in Material Handling, SPM, or Bulk Solids Handling.
Skillset:
- Strong technical foundation and self-motivated attitude.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to review technical drawings, with knowledge of GD&T and drafting standards.
- Effective communication, presentation, planning, and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review concept designs, GA layouts, detailed assemblies, and part drawings in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for R&D products.
- Modify and improve existing equipment designs for enhanced performance and reliability.
- Perform design calculations for new machine development and prepare BOMs for purchase and manufacturing.
- Select and specify suitable components (materials, actuators, motors, gearboxes, bearings, etc.).
- Coordinate with vendors for development, specifications, and quality compliance.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation, including design programs, BOMs, O&M manuals, QAPs, and bought-out specifications.
- Conduct quality checks of drawings and technical documents.
Critical Impact Areas:
- Design and development of R&D products.
- Review and release of fabrication drawings, inspections, trials.
