Job Description – Advocate
Company: Legal Capital Law Firm
We are hiring experienced Advocates for our legal team. Candidates should have strong knowledge and practical experience in handling legal matters independently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handling Family, Civil, Criminal & DRT matters
- Drafting legal notices, petitions, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents
- Representing clients before courts and tribunals
- Managing client consultations and case follow-ups
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies
- Coordinating with clients and internal legal teams effectively
Requirements:
- LLB / LLM qualification
- Good court practice experience
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- Ability to handle cases independently
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Hyderabad court experience is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Advocate
