Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day delivery of integrated facilities and services across client sites, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include planning and managing manpower, coordinating with service teams (such as cleaning, security, maintenance, and utilities), monitoring service level agreements, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, customize service delivery, and maintain strong relationships through regular reviews and reporting. The Operations Manager will also track key performance indicators, optimize processes and costs, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to statutory and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in facilities management, business support services, or related service industries.
- Strong people management skills, including team leadership, workforce planning, performance management, and vendor coordination.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, service level monitoring, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety standards, statutory compliance, and quality management practices within facility and service operations.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and basic operations management tools for reporting, scheduling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple sites or projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in operations, safety, or quality are an advantage.
- Prior experience working with EMS/QMS or similar quality frameworks will be considered beneficial.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
