We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and the ability to manage multiple open roles efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and applications.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment status.
Key Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
