ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our performance marketing campaigns and social media presence. This role focuses on driving qualified leads for real estate developers, brokers, builders, and construction firms through paid advertising across Meta and Google platforms and a strong organic social strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
PERFORMANCE MARKETING
You will manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns focused on real estate lead generation:
● Manage end-to-end Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns — strategy, setup, creatives, targeting, and optimization
● Run Google Ads search campaigns
● Develop custom ad strategies
● Execute precision audience targeting and retargeting to increase lead conversion rates from warm audiences
● Write ad copy and direct creative development focused on generating quality property and project leads
● Create and manage Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns that drive leads directly into WhatsApp for faster conversion
● Provide landing page structure recommendations to maximize lead capture from paid traffic
● Set up full conversion and lead tracking across calls, form fills, WhatsApp leads, and CRM attribution
● Continuously optimize campaigns for performance and present clear monthly reports on leads, cost per lead, and campaign insights
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
You will own our social media presence across all platforms — creating content, building community, and turning organic engagement into real business leads.
● Plan and manage content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
● Create and publish organic posts — graphics, short-form video, reels, and written content — aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
● Develop platform-specific content strategies to grow audience, build brand authority, and generate inbound leads
● Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community interactions across all channels in a timely manner
● Use AI tools to assist with content ideation, caption writing, image generation, and scheduling
● Coordinate social content with paid campaigns to create cohesive cross-channel messaging
● Track and report on organic social performance — reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead attribution
● Stay current on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and best practices relevant to our industries
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience & Background
● 5+ years minimum - hands-on digital marketing experience managing paid advertising and social media campaigns
● End-to-end delivery - must have built and managed real campaigns with measurable results
● Industry background - experience in real estate, property development, or lead-gen-focused industries is a strong advantage
● Tracking & Attribution — ability to set up and interpret conversion tracking across Meta and Google ad platforms
Paid Advertising
● Meta Ads — hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns with measurable results
● Google Ads — experience running search campaigns targeting high-intent audiences
● Ad Copy & Creative — strong written communication skills for ad copy and automated messaging sequences
● Reporting — excellent analytical skills with experience building and reading performance dashboards
Social Media Skills
● Content Creation - able to produce or direct graphics, short-form video, and written posts independently
● Platform Proficiency - hands-on experience managing business pages across Facebook, Instagram, etc
● Scheduling Tools - familiar with tools like Buffer, Later, Metricool, or similar social scheduling platforms
● AI-Assisted Content -comfortable using AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, and creative assistance
● Analytics - can read and act on social media insights to improve content strategy over time
Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
