Finastra has signed an agreement to sell its Universal Banking business to Pollen Street Capital, with completion expected end 2026 / early 2027, subject to consultation and customary closing conditions. Upon completion, this role is expected to transition to the standalone Universal Banking business, creating opportunities to support its future growth and success.
We are building the next generation of corporate banking capabilities using a composable domain service approach. This represents a shift away from monolithic core systems towards modular, domain-aligned, API-first services delivered incrementally.
As Product Manager for Corporate Banking, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across cash management, liquidity, and corporate lending domains . You will lead the design and delivery of a modern, scalable platform that supports how banks manage liquidity, deliver cash services, and service lending products.
This is a senior, domain leadership role, combining strategic ownership, delivery oversight, and team leadership . You will manage a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts and play a central role in shaping the evolution of the broader corporate banking portfolio.
The role reports to the Head of Lending Portfolio , within the CPO organization .
