Position: Site Supervisor – Commercial Interiors
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor for Commercial Interior Projects to oversee site execution, coordinate with teams, and ensure project completion as per quality and timeline requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce
* Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and contractors
* Ensure work execution as per drawings and project specifications
* Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports
* Check material quality, quantity, and site requirements
* Ensure timely completion of projects within deadlines
* Maintain safety standards and site discipline
* Handle client/site coordination and resolve execution issues
* Track pending works and update management regularly
* Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower
Safety Training Responsibilities:
* Conduct basic safety orientation for workers and site staff
* Ensure proper usage of PPE (Helmet, Safety Shoes, Gloves, etc.)
* Monitor and maintain site safety standards daily
* Identify and report unsafe activities or site conditions
* Coordinate with the management team regarding safety compliance
* Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies
* Maintain accident prevention measures at the site
* Support emergency response and safety awareness activities
Qualification:
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
