Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Hindi Teacher to teach students and develop their reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should create an engaging classroom environment, promote appreciation for Hindi language and literature, and support students' academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons as per CBSE, ICSE, Matriculation, State Board, or International curriculum.
- Teach Hindi grammar, vocabulary, literature, prose, poetry, reading, writing, and spoken Hindi.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Conduct classroom activities such as storytelling, debates, essay writing, recitation, role plays, and language games.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback and remedial support to students.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and academic documentation.
- Prepare students for examinations, competitions, and cultural activities.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Collaborate with parents, coordinators, and school management regarding student progress.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or Master's Degree (M.A.) in Hindi.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred or mandatory as per school norms.
- CTET/TET qualification preferred for CBSE schools.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong command of Hindi language, grammar, and literature.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to use innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Familiarity with smart classrooms, digital teaching tools, and online learning platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, Matriculation, State Board, or International curriculum.
- Experience handling primary, middle, secondary, or senior secondary classes.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and educational technology.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
