Position : MEP Engineer
Experience : 3 to 5 Years (Mandatory 3+ years in residential projects)
Qualification: B.E. Civil / B.Tech / DCE (Diploma in Civil Engineering)
Notice Period: Less than 30 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)
Compensation (CTC): ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Engineer to join our project team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation, and maintenance of all MEP systems, with a mandatory focus on residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Execution & Management: Oversee and manage all MEP aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
· Design Review & Coordination: Review and critique MEP design drawings and specifications. Coordinate effectively with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into the project.
· Site Supervision: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems on-site.
· Quality Control: Ensure all materials and workmanship meet the required quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
· Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during the installation or operation of MEP systems.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all MEP installations, test results, project changes, and as-built drawings.
· Budget & Schedule: Monitor project progress against the established schedule and budget for MEP works.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: B. E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in civil/construction project MEP, with a mandatory minimum of 3 years experience in residential building projects.
· Technical Skills: Good proficiency in MS Excel
· Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
