Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Executive (HRBP) to support our business units. In this role, you will drive employee engagement, manage end-to-end HR operations, resolve employee grievances, and partner closely with department managers to ensure a seamless employee lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesHRBP & Employee Engagement
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business teams.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions to gauge morale, gather feedback, and address concerns.
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Provide HR guidance to managers regarding team management and workforce planning.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Manage employee grievances with empathy, strict confidentiality, and timely resolution.
- Partner with leadership to resolve escalated or sensitive employee relations issues.
- Ensure fair, transparent, and consistent employee relations practices across the organization.
HR Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data.
- Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and monthly analytics for leadership review.
- Coordinate with payroll and administration teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Exit & Offboarding Management
- Manage the end-to-end exit process, including resignation processing, exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
- Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to reduce attrition.
Performance Management & Compliance
- Support performance review cycles, probation evaluations, and KPI tracking.
- Ensure organization-wide adherence to company policies, attendance norms, and workplace conduct guidelines.
- Guide employees on company policies, leave structures, and benefits.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in HR Operations or an HRBP role.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and HRMS tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Attributes: Ability to multitask, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Logistics: Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office full-time.
