- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Monitor team performance against targets
- Track admission conversions
- Prepare sales reports for management
- Allocate leads to counsellors
- Monitor lead response time
- Track follow-ups in CRM
- Ensure no leads are missed
- Track daily call activity
- Monitor conversion rates
- Review counselling quality
- Conduct performance reviews
- Conduct daily team meetings
- Recognize top performers
- Run sales competitions
- Maintain positive team environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
