Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to join our growing interior design and execution team. The successful candidate will oversee on-site installation and execution of interior projects, ensuring that all work meets design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. A working knowledge of SketchUp is essential for this role, as you will coordinate with designers, review drawings, and help translate digital concepts into reality on site.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects.
· Interpret design drawings and specifications, ensuring accurate on-site implementation.
· Collaborate with interior designers, architects, vendors, and contractors for smooth workflow.
· Monitor quality control at all stages of project execution; ensure all finishing work meets company standards.
· Prepare and maintain regular site progress reports and documentation.
· Ensure workforce safety and adherence to all site regulations and best practices.
· Identify and resolve on-site problems or discrepancies with prompt, effective solutions.
· Utilize SketchUp to review and understand 3D design models, assisting in visualizing concepts and communicating with the team.
· Support procurement and material management in coordination with site requirements.
· Manage project schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials and services.
Requirements
· Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in interior execution/site supervision or a related field.
· Basic proficiency in SketchUp, with the ability to navigate, interpret, and communicate 3D models.
· Familiarity with interior detailing, materials, and construction processes.
· Strong organizational and leadership skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to read and interpret design drawings, plans, and specifications.
· Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
· Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Skills
· Working knowledge of industry-standard software (AutoCAD, MS Office Suite) in addition to SketchUp.
· Understanding of project management principles.
· Adaptability and a proactive approach to site challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,197.14 - ₹15,000.00 per month
