Role Overview
We are hiring a Procurement Assistant to support and assist in vendor coordination, procurement activities, inventory tracking, logistics. This is an excellent role for someone looking to build a strong career in a fast-growing consumer brand in the healthcare space.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and coordinating with vendors for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
Raise purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain vendor records.
Compare quotations and support negotiation for better pricing and terms.
Track and update procurement status reports.
Supply Chain & Logistics
Coordinate with 3PL partners for warehousing and dispatch.
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure timely fulfillment for D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, and other channels.
Maintain accurate stock records and assist in monthly stock reconciliation.
Requirements
Must Have:
1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations (FMCG, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Baby Care, or e-commerce preferred).
Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts).
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills (ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams).
Good to Have:
Experience with Tally, Zoho, or any ERP system.
Understanding of GST and basic supply chain documentation.
Background or interest in beauty/cosmetics/healthcare products.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
