Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Blown Film Machine Operator to operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines for the production of high-quality plastic films. The ideal candidate should have experience in machine setup, production monitoring, and maintaining product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machines.
- Set machine parameters according to production requirements.
- Ensure the quality, thickness, and width of the film meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns.
- Change raw materials, dies, and machine settings when required.
- Maintain production records and machine logs.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain housekeeping in the work area.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams to achieve daily production targets.
Eligibility
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass (Relevant experience preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years as a Blown Film Machine Operator.
- Knowledge of plastic film extrusion processes and machine maintenance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Important
- Only candidates currently residing in Assam are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate to North Guwahati, Assam, if selected.
- Applications from candidates outside Assam will not be considered.
Pay: Up to ₹30,010.70 per month
