Job Details:
Designation - Sr. Executive (Salary TDS & Statutory Compliance)
Work Location - Nyati Unitree, Yerwada.
Work Experience - 3 to 6 Years
Qualification - B.com/ M.com
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in payroll processing and manage end-to-end salary TDS activities including calculation, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance processes.
· Ensure compliance with TDS regulations and provisions under the Income-tax Act, 1961, including accurate deduction and timely deposit of taxes.
· Prepare, review, and file TDS returns such as Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, Form 16, challans, and other statutory reports within deadlines.
· Handle PF, PT, ESIC calculations, monthly reconciliations, and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
· Maintain accurate payroll, taxation, and compliance records, documentation, audit reports, and employee tax data.
· Conduct TDS audits, assessments, reconciliations, and respond effectively to notices, queries, and requirements from tax authorities.
· Work closely with HR, Finance, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and accurate statutory deductions.
· Analyze and resolve employee grievances and queries related to salary, taxation, payroll, PF, PT, ESIC, and other compliance matters.
· Review and update payroll, taxation, and statutory compliance processes, policies, and procedures as per regulatory changes.
· Hands-on experience in end-to-end TDS processes, Income Tax, GST, payroll processing, labour laws, PF, PT, ESIC, and statutory compliance management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing, salary TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end TDS processes, Form 24Q, Form 16, challans, PF, PT, ESIC, payroll, and labour law compliance.
- Good knowledge of Income Tax, GST, statutory compliance, audits, reconciliations, and payroll-related activities.
- Ability to handle employee queries, compliance documentation, reports, and coordination with internal departments and authorities.
