Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Lead end-to-end content creation — from ideation to execution — including posts, reels, videos, and campaigns
- Create high-quality designs aligned with brand identity using advanced design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Integrate AI tools (for design, content, and campaign optimisation) to enhance efficiency and creativity
- Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns, including paid ads across Meta and LinkedIn
- Monitor analytics and campaign performance to continuously optimise reach, engagement, and conversions
- Implement SEO and content optimisation strategies to improve discoverability and digital presence
- Collaborate closely with counselling and sales teams to align messaging with business goals
- Stay updated with latest design trends, social media algorithms, and digital tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management with a strong focus on design-led content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva
- Strong skills in designing, video editing and short-form content creation
- Working knowledge of AI tools (for content creation, design, automation, or campaign execution)
- Hands-on experience with paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn) and basic performance marketing
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content optimisation
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights)
- Strong creative thinking + execution ability
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
