Job Summary:-
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1 year of experience to support the organization's human resource functions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance management, and maintaining HR records while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:-Recruitment & Hiring:-
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding:-
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
- Ensure smooth joining formalities for new employees.
Employee Records & Documentation:-
- Maintain employee files and HR records.
- Update employee databases and attendance records.
- Manage leave records and employee information.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee data.
HR Operations:-
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Address employee queries related to HR processes.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Compliance & Reporting:-
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain required documentation.
- Support audits and documentation reviews when required.
Required Skills:-
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Languages:-
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, or Generalist HR activities.
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience with HRMS software.
- Knowledge of payroll and attendance management.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
