You should be equally comfortable discussing revenue growth, product launches, hiring, automation, customer experience, profitability, dashboards, and team performance.

Your Mission
Your primary responsibility will be to help scale CapOasis and Gyanschool into a profitable, high-performance, technology-enabled education business.
You will own execution across the company and ensure that ideas are converted into measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Growth
- Drive revenue growth across all business verticals
- Improve lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition systems
- Build scalable growth engines
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Launch and scale new products, programs, and revenue streams
Operations & Execution
- Build operational excellence across the organization
- Create SOPs, systems, workflows, and accountability structures
- Design dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms
- Improve productivity across departments
- Ensure projects are executed on time and with quality
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor department heads and team leaders
- Build a high-performance culture
- Recruit top talent
- Drive accountability and ownership
- Conduct weekly performance reviews
Profitability & Performance
- Improve margins and business efficiency
- Optimize operational costs

- Ensure resources are deployed effectively

Compensation
Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives + Long-Term Wealth Creation Opportunities
Exceptional candidates may also be considered for ESOPs, Phantom Equity, or other long-term incentive structures.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹99,685.10 per month
Work Location: In person
