Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Financial Management Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective financial management and supporting management in financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor day-to-day financial operations.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and financial activities.
- Coordinate with accounts and other departments regarding financial matters.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and expense management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies and procedures.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports for management.
- Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
