About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Customer Support Executive to join our UK Property Management team, operating from our Rajkot office. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our Rajkot-based team and the London client team, supporting day-to-day operations for a UK-based property management company. The ideal candidate is highly organised, an excellent communicator in English, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Communication :
- Handle residential property compliance enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Liaise daily with landlords, tenants, UK Council officers, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all parties, including local authorities.
Operations & Coordination :
- Coordinate seamlessly with the Rajkot-based team and the London client team to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the UK-based client’s lettings and commercial department on a day-to-day basis.
- Update and maintain appointment sheets, verifying that property managers have completed required visit sheets and videos.
- Work on the CRM system to manage records, communications, and task tracking accurately.
Issue Resolution & Complaint Handling :
- Effectively resolve discrepancies and complaints from landlords and tenants relating to maintenance issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
Flexibility & Learning :
- During the initial onboarding period, work as a buffer team member across multiple project functions to gain a 360-degree understanding of all processes.
- Adapt dynamically to changing priorities and responsibilities as required by the project.
Note for Fresh Graduates:
Exceptional freshers with outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply. Relevant experience is an advantage but not a barrier for highly motivated candidates.
Working Hours (Afternoon Shift - Summers) : Mon–Fri: 01:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Sat: 01:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Working Hours (Afternoon Shift - Winters) : Mon–Fri: 02:00 PM – 11:30 PM | Sat: 02:00 PM – 8:30 PM
