We are looking for a highly skilled SDET to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable test automation frameworks, ensuring high product quality, and embedding quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, technical designs, and architecture to provide early quality feedback
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable automation frameworks (UI/API)
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to enable a shift-left testing approach
- Perform API, backend, and database validation to ensure system reliability
- Identify, log, track, and validate defects through resolution
- Drive continuous integration of automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
- Define and track quality metrics such as test coverage, defect leakage, and automation efficiency
- Identify quality gaps, bottlenecks, and process improvements, and implement solutions
- Contribute to performance and security testing initiatives where applicable
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in quality engineering
Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends in test automation

Required Skills & Experience
-
4+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles with strong automation focus
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .net, ASP.net Python, Java or JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, or similar
- Strong understanding of test frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Mocha)
- Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or REST clients
- Solid knowledge of SQL, databases, and backend testing
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong understanding of software testing principles (white-box and black-box testing)
Experience in performance and/or security testing is an added advantage
