- Strong knowledge of telecom compliance standards

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Braze-powered customer engagement solutions for telco clients
- Focus on multi-channel campaigns (SMS, push, email) with seamless integration into enterprise systems (CRM, CDPs)
- Ensure data-driven personalization, compliance, and scalable workflows in a fast-paced telecom environment
- Architect end-to-end Braze solutions integrated with telco systems (CRM, billing platforms) for targeted campaigns and real-time analytics
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to translate campaign concepts into technical requirements aligned with business goals
- Develop prototypes and troubleshoot campaign performance
- Optimize Braze configurations for SMS, push, and email channels
- Act as the Braze SME, guiding teams on best practices, QA testing, and complex configurations (segments, automation workflows)
- Integrate Braze with CDPs (mParticle, Segment) and CRMs (Salesforce) to unify customer data
- Mentor technical teams and establish documentation standards
- Ensure compliance with telecom data regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Optimizely Content Cloud Certified Developer
- Certifications in related platforms (e.g., Azure)
- Familiarity with AI / ML-driven optimization tools
- Telecom use cases experience (IoT, churn prevention)
