Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance administration
Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (device onboarding, configuration profiles, compliance policies, app deployment, Autopilot)
Experience with Microsoft Defender suite (e.g., Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps)
Experience with Microsoft Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, eDiscovery, information governance)
Experience with Microsoft Sentinel (data connectors, analytics rules, incident triage, KQL fundamentals, automation/playbooks)
Solid understanding of identity and access (Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, least privilege)
Ability to translate security requirements into practical policies and operational controls
Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) is a plus
Excellent communication skills—able to document clearly and work effectively with stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience
