Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
- Identify and connect with potential clients using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Upwork.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales/business team.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo.io
- Upwork
- Knowledge of lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and the sales process.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with relevant internship or practical experience in lead generation may also apply.
