Job Description: Legal Manager- Construction Finance
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (MINIMUM 6)
Must be good in Title Search Report & Creation of Mortgages.
Must be good in handling immoveable property related disputes.
Must be good in data handling (MIS)
Should be having experience in Property Due diligence.
Must be good in Mortgage Creations.
Can handle Arbitration & NI 138 matters.
Can handle complex SARFAESI matter (Documentation, Execution & Enforcement).
