- Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior design and architecture projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to align business goals with creative solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure profitable project acquisition.
- Track business performance metrics and report to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of interior design/architecture industry.
- Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand design concepts and translate them into business opportunities.
- Proven track record in business development or client acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
