Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative work
- Maintain office files, records, and documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Coordinate with staff and departments for office activities
- Manage stationery and office supplies
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Data entry and preparation of reports
- Support HR and accounts team when required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the office
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
