Key Responsibilities
- Schedule Creation: Develop detailed project timelines using methodologies like the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Gantt charts.
- Resource Management: Ensure labor, materials, and equipment are efficiently allocated across various project phases.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly site progress and update project schedules to reflect actual performance.
- Risk Mitigation: Forecast potential bottlenecks (e.g., weather delays, supply chain disruptions) and propose mitigating actions.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: Typically requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in project controls, site supervision, or construction scheduling
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
