We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Development Project Manager to lead software delivery projects for global clients. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, ensure quality delivery, and act as the primary bridge between clients and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end software development projects across web, backend, or enterprise platforms
- Coordinate with Sas, developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Gather and translate client requirements into actionable project plans
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, status reporting, and client communication
- Ensure delivery quality, scope control, and adherence to timelines
- Support process improvement and delivery excellence initiatives
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in project management within an IT services or software development company
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and client delivery models
- Experience managing multiple projects and distributed teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Client-facing experience in a services environment
- Exposure to cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation projects
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus
- Well versed with AI tools for routine
