Team Lead – Customer Support
Location: Panchkula (Work From Office)

Experience: 5+ Years ( 2+ Years as a Lead )
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of customer support executives
- Monitor daily operations and ensure SLA/KPI adherence
- Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to improve performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team handling within customer support
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage performance metrics and reporting
- Experience in chat/email/voice support environments
