About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with hands-on experience in creating high-converting social media creatives and marketing videos. This role is ideal for someone who understands both design and digital marketing and can effectively use AI tools to speed up creative production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging video ads, reels, shorts, and promotional videos for performance marketing campaigns.
- Develop ad creatives focused on lead generation, conversions, and engagement.
- Use AI tools such as DALL·E, Runway, Freepik AI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and similar platforms to generate concepts, visuals, and video assets.
- Write and optimize AI prompts to create high-quality creative outputs.
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video effects when required.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign-focused creatives.
- Stay updated with current design trends, advertising formats, and AI tools.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong video editing skills using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Experience creating social media ads, reels, and short-form videos.
- Working knowledge of AI design tools and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and digital marketing creative requirements.
- Ability to independently execute creative concepts from brief to final delivery.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Runway, Midjourney, Freepik AI, Canva, or CapCut.
- Experience in motion graphics and animation.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad testing.
1–4 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
