We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing operations, customer invoices, and payment records for our HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) store. The candidate will ensure accurate billing, maintain customer records, and support smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and billing for retail and B2B customers.
- Process cash, UPI, card, and bank transactions.
- Verify order details, pricing, discounts, and taxes before billing.
- Maintain daily sales and billing records.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and store teams for order processing.
- Prepare daily cash collection and sales reports.
- Maintain customer account records and outstanding payment details.
- Assist in stock entry and basic inventory updates when required.
- Ensure accuracy in GST billing and documentation.
Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Commerce background preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, cashier, or accounts support.
- Freshers with billing software knowledge can apply.
Pay: ₹15,934.91 - ₹25,905.33 per month
