Job Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading showroom sales operations, achieving monthly sales targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer experience at the Royal Enfield dealership. The role involves customer relationship management, team supervision, marketing coordination, and improving overall showroom performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual motorcycle sales targets.
- Manage daily showroom operations and sales activities.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales executives for better performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, test rides, bookings, and vehicle deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and brand experience.
- Develop local marketing and promotional activities to increase walk-ins.
- Monitor sales reports, booking status, finance approvals, and inventory.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle loans and documentation.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain CRM data and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Ensure showroom display and visual merchandising standards are maintained.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree any degree
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in two-wheeler dealerships.
- Experience in team handling and target-based sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of customer handling and sales management software.
- Passion for motorcycles and automotive industry preferred.
