- 3PL & Client Management: Manage relationships with client brands, ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and report on operational KPIs
- Operations Oversight: Direct inbound receiving, put-away, and outbound pick-pack-ship processes.
- Inventory Control: Lead cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and audits to guarantee inventory accuracy within WMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). [1, 2]
- Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff and shift supervisors to ensure high productivity.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
