About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company. Business Development Executives play a key role in expanding the company's customer base and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
