- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Threads.
- Write compelling captions, ad copies, blogs, website content, email campaigns, and marketing communication.
- Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to create relevant content.
- Create, edit, and publish reels, short-form videos, carousels, and social-first visual content for digital platforms.
- Handle end-to-end video content production including scripting, editing, captions, transitions, hooks, and publishing.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, and audience interactions.
- Optimize content for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-driven search experiences.
- Use AI tools for content ideation, caption generation, script writing, and workflow automation.
- Create content strategies focused on audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and emerging content formats.
- Support employer branding, product marketing, and campaign launches through strategic storytelling.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in social media management, content writing, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking abilities.
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand communication.
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, hashtags, and content optimization.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI search trends, and conversational content.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet content deadlines. Strong collaboration and communication skills
