About the Role
F9 Infotech is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure to lead the design, implementation, migration, and support of enterprise Microsoft technologies and cloud infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Hybrid Identity, Virtualization, Endpoint Management, and Zero Trust technologies while mentoring engineers and driving successful customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and management of Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure solutions.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 migration projects from on-premises or legacy environments.
- Implement, configure, and support Appgate Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions for enterprise customers.
- Provide technical guidance and deployment support to internal engineering teams for ZTNA implementations.
- Manage Hybrid Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) synchronization, identity management, and authentication services.
- Implement and administer Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
- Plan and execute Active Directory migration, consolidation, and modernization projects.
- Lead mid-sized cloud infrastructure implementation and migration projects.
- Administer and support virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365, Identity, Virtualization, and Infrastructure-related issues.
- Develop technical documentation, implementation guides, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, governance, and Microsoft recommended standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Service Delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor L1, L2, and L3 engineers while conducting technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and pre-sales solution discussions when required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or equivalent.
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) is an added advantage.
- Appgate ZTNA certification or hands-on deployment experience is preferred.
Experience
- 3-6 years of experience in Microsoft Infrastructure and Cloud Technologies.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer role.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365, Hybrid Identity, Virtualization, and Infrastructure migration projects.
- Experience working in Managed Services (MSP) or System Integration environments is highly preferred.
