We are looking for a candidate to handle back-office operations, client coordination, and marketing support. The role involves working closely with the marketing team for social media activities and connecting with clients through calls for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing basic back-office work, records, and data sheets
- Coordinating with the marketing team for social media posts (festivals, campaigns, Instagram, etc.)
- Handling tele calling activities for leads and client follow-ups
- Assisting clients with basic information regarding real estate projects
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Bengali preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with tele calling and client interaction
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to coordinate with teams and manage multiple tasks
- Interest or basic knowledge in real estate will be an added advantage
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills
- Freshers can apply; prior experience will be preferred
