About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee modular furniture projects from planning through successful completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, client coordination, production follow-up, site management, budgeting, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of modular furniture projects.
- Coordinate with clients, design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Track project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Manage site installation activities and resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status reports.
- Lead and guide project coordinators, site supervisors, and installation teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in Project Management, Interior Fit-Outs, Modular Furniture, or Construction.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and team management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in modular furniture manufacturing and installation projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and project documentation.
