The UNI Holidays is looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent who can handle domestic and international flight bookings efficiently. The candidate should have strong knowledge of fare rules, GDS systems, airline policies, and customer handling.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings
- Manage cancellations, reissues, refunds, and rescheduling
- Coordinate with airlines and customers for smooth travel operations
- Provide best fare options and travel solutions
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Maintain booking records and documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
- Good communication skills
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer handling and sales skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidate from travel industry background
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹12,129.44 - ₹40,027.67 per month
