Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their service needs
- Open job cards and explain service details, estimated costs, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure timely service delivery
- Follow up with customers on service progress and completion
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalate if necessary
- Maintain service records and documentation accurately
- Promote service packages and offers
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor (automobile industry preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles
- Proficiency in MS Office and DMS software (preferred)
- Ability to handle customer queries and deliver a positive experience
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred)
