Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Dy.GM – Projects to lead and oversee all civil construction projects including finishes. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for planning, execution, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery of multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of multiple civil construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, and vendor contracts
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Drive procurement planning and oversee material management
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory requirements
- Review BOQs, tender documents, and contract agreements
- Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and site staff
- Report project status, financials, and risks to senior management
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 5-8 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in residential / commercial / mixed-use projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and project management tools
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with local regulations and approvals (Telangana/AP preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
