Key Responsibilities:
The Creative Head – Interior is responsible for leading the design vision, creative direction, and overall design quality of residential interior projects. The role involves managing the design team, developing innovative design concepts, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining the company's design standards across all projects. The Creative Head will oversee projects from concept development through design finalization, ensuring that every project reflects creativity, functionality, and excellence in execution.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Designing
5–8Years of Experience as a Creative Head in Interior Designing
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar)
Strong communication and project management skills
Required Skills
- Strong design creativity and conceptualization abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of residential interior design principles, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and presentation software.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
- Strong project planning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
